The Bronx Bombers will try to rebound from Monday's tough loss and keep the Rays at bay. One positive was Edwin Encarnacion's two-home run game. Perhaps it was a sign that he's nearly busted out of his slump. The slugging first baseman is slashing just .148/.212/.393 over his last 15 games.

CC Sabathia (5-4, 4.03 ERA) gets the ball for New York. Sabathia has faced the Rays two times in his last three starts. He's gone 13 innings while allowing just nine hits and four earned runs in those two games.

After single-handedly lifting the Rays to victory on Monday, Travis d'Arnaud will try to continue his hot streak at the plate from his favorite spot in the order. He's posted an .884 OPS with nine home runs and 26 runs batted in since he joined the Rays back in May.

Ryne Stanek (0-2, 3.14 ERA) gets the ball for Tampa Bay to start the game. He worked two innings as the opener in the team's near-perfect game against the Orioles over the weekend.
