The Yankees were devastated with injuries this year, but they've continued to trudge along and find success. They're currently sitting at the top of the AL East, and should be getting more help soon, as several players are rehabbing their way back.

Besides their cadre of hobbled All-Stars, they're also down one potential future star in the minors, as Estevan Florial, their no. 1 prospect, has been out all season long with a wrist fracture.

It's not all bad for the Baby Bombers, however; Florial was recently added to the active extended Spring Training roster, finally ending his rehab in the shadows.

Florial hurt his wrist back in March by crashing into a wall while going for a catch. At the time, X-Rays revealed the injury to be a non-displaced fracture, but it was unclear exactly how much time he would miss. Luckily, it seems that the 21-year-old outfielder is making steady progress to get back on the field.

He is expected to be added to the Trenton Thunder roster once healthy, and will hopefully pick up where he left off with a hot Spring Training.

Florial also suffered a fractured hamate in his right wrist last year, so the Yankees will be careful with his recovery. He still has a very long career ahead of him, and could be another weapon for the already stacked Yankees offense down the line.
