VIDEO: XFL Superfan Asks Houston Roughnecks for Help After Car Breaks Down Heading to Game
By Michael Luciano

In terms of fan support, quarterback talent, and play on the field, the Houston Roughnecks are at or near the top of the XFL. The team expects to send a large contingent of fans to Globe Life Park for their first matchup against the local rival Dallas Renegades, but Roughnecks superfan Colby Murray might not be in attendance, after his car broke down on the side of the highway. He posted an SOS message on Twitter, praying someone in central Texas has a spare seat in their car.

The 3-0 Roughnecks are the only unbeaten team in the XFL, as quarterback PJ Walker has run June Jones' run-n'-shoot offense to perfection. Murray has clearly had a lot to cheer about this season.
Murray claims that the team tried everything to get him a ride to the game, but they were unsuccessful in doing so. He did vow to return for Houston's game against the Seattle Dragons on Sunday.

The future of the XFL remains uncertain, but they have themselves a quality organization with tremendous fan support in Houston.
