Tyrell Williams is making sure that the last home game in Oakland for the Raiders is a day they'll never forget. Derek Carr found Williams on a crossing route over the middle, and the former Charger high-stepped into the end zone to give Jon Gruden and company an early 7-0 lead over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Oakland has been stuck in neutral over the last few weeks, but Carr and Williams have them off to a flying start in their last game at the Oakland Coliseum.
