And there's the dagger! With the Triplets looking to finish the job against the 3 Headed Monsters, former NBA star Joe Johnson drilled a game-sealing three to put the game totally out of reach and send his team to the BIG 3 Finals. It's just what he does.
That's just some cold-blooded basketball right there. The man still has it.
In fact, he did something similar just a couple weeks ago.
Johnson spent 16 years in the NBA and was a stellar shooter. When he retired at the end of the 2017-18 season, he was a 44.1% career shooter from the field who averaged 16 points per game and shot 37.1% from beyond the arc. Clearly, he hasn't lost a step in his transition from the NBA to the BIG 3, where he's now got a chance at a trophy.
