VIDEO: Refs Miss Odell Beckham Jr. Getting Choked Out By Marlon Humphrey in Browns-Ravens Game

Apparently becoming an NFL referee isn't very difficult and you can just breeze into it if you know a guy, or if your dad is a legendary ref. That has to be the only explanation for Shawn Hochuli missing this egregious misconduct from Baltimore Ravens corner Marlon Humphrey. The Ravens corner was seen choking out Cleveland Browns receiver Odell Beckham Jr., but managed to get off scot free.

In fact, the Browns were flagged on this play for their role in the ensuing melee. This isn't the kind of thing that's going to look to good on Hochuli's resume.
