Fair or not, this is probably a penalty 10 times out of 10, even if the whistle hand't blown. At the Carrier Dome on Friday night, Pitt defensive back Damar Hamlin body slammed a Cuse wide receiver as he tried to wrestle him down to the ground. The highlight is glorious.

Was he on the ground for 10 seconds?
Hamlin was flagged for this, and the ACC-assigned officials have been truly brutal thus far in upstate New York. However, considering the Panthers are on the road and the trends of modern-day college football, we shouldn't be surprised Hamlin was issued a 15-yard warning.
