VIDEO: Phillies' JT Realmuto Just Sent Cubs to Their Grave With Massive Grand Slam

The Philadelphia Phillies have had a rough go of things in the past week, but as it turns out, the medicine they needed was the NL Central-leading Chicago Cubs. On Wednesday night, the Phillies held a 6-0 lead in the bottom of the third inning. With the bases loaded, slugging catcher JT Realmuto hit a massive grand slam to left field to give Philadelphia a 10-0 lead.

Realmuto's grand slam put the nail in the Cubs' coffin...in the third inning. Joe Maddon's club probably can't wait to get out of Philadelphia.
