VIDEO: Patriots Defense Scoops and Scores After Browns O-Lineman Dislodges Ball From Nick Chubb
By Jerry Trotta

If you haven't heard, Bill Belichick has an all-time great defense up in New England this year. We could go on for hours about the list of records that they have broken and are on pace to break, but we'll keep it simple by just saying that the Patriots defense has now scored more touchdowns than they've conceded in 2019. Checkout linebacker Dont'a Hightower scoop and score a Nick Chubb fumble in the first quarter to extend New England's lead over the Browns to 10-0.
Nick Chubb fumbles, Dont'a Hightower picks it up and runs it back for a TD. This #Patriots defense is not normal.

Freaking effortless.
Defensive touchdown highlights have become a regular occurrence for the Patriots through the first eight weeks, as they have now found the end zone a whopping FOUR times, while opposing offenses have mustered just THREE scores against them.
The New England Patriots defense has scored 4 TD this season.

The New England Patriots defense has allowed 3 TD this season.
Heck, that figure could grow before the end of Sunday's game given how sluggish Baker Mayfield and Co. have looked thus far.
Stay tuned, folks.
