VIDEO: Nashville News Station Takes Shot at Titans' Marcus Mariota During Live Broadcast
By Scott Rogust

While everyone is excited for the upcoming four-day Thanksgiving weekend, there is the sense of dread about making the perfect turkey. A Nashville news station, News 4, was demonstrating live how to cook a bird for the big day. Once the turkey was done, the on-site reporter decided to name it "Mariota."

Get it? Because Marcus Mariota's Tennessee Titans career is done. Way to kick a man while he's down.
The shots only continued, as the in-studio anchor asked how one would actually know the turkey done, to which you can hear her colleague's snarky reply, "when you're throwing three interceptions in a game."
In all fairness, Marcus Mariota's time in Tennessee was ticking, as his play only regressed over his first five years in the league. Sensing a downward spiral, head coach Mike Vrabel benched him in favor of Ryan Tannehill. Sure enough, Tannehill has revitalized the Titans offense...just like everyone expected.
I’ll be the soft one whose triggered by this. Marcus Mariota was one of many #Titans feeding Nashville’s homeless population but being a jerk about an unpleasant situation for him is an easy laugh...

I’d hope we are better than this https://t.co/DvdOdfTiIV
Now 6-5 on the year, the Titans have a huge divisional matchup this holiday weekend against the Indianapolis Colts (6-5). We'd guess Mariota won't be available, due to the burns he received from the News 4 crew.
