VIDEO: Matt Chapman's Dad Weirdly Threw Some Nasty Pitches to Him at Home Run Derby

Matt Chapman and his father were named to fill in for Christian Yelich in the Home Run Derby and they got dealt a pretty bad hand. Not only did they have to follow Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s record-setting performance, but they had little time to prepare, and that lack of preparation led to some funky pitches from Chapman's dad.

It's tough to hit bombs in this event when your dad is crossing you up with a two-seam fastball and a slider.

Credit to Chapman, though. He finished with a respectable 13 home runs, most of which were absolute tape-measure shots. Hopefully he and his dad can iron things out and return for the Derby in the future.
