Larry Fitzgerald is an all-time great wide receiver in the history of the NFL. He's been one of the most sure-handed, reliable wideouts in the league all throughout his long career. Well, when talking to teammate and rookie QB Kyler Murray ahead of their clash against the Falcons, Fitz gave some incredibly high praise to opposing wideout Julio Jones.
Fitz boldly called Jones the best receiver he's ever seen, a pretty strong claim considering the Cardinals wideout has been in the league since 2004.
Jones has been an elite receiver in the NFL for several years. His production led Atlanta to give him a three-year, $66 million contract extension in September. He's made six Pro Bowl's and has earned All-Pro honors twice throughout his career.
Jones has made several NFL legends into fans of his, including Hall of Fame wideout Michael Irving. And now you can confirm Fitz is also an admirer.
In Sunday's 33-34 loss to Arizona, Jones had eight receptions for 108 yards.
