VIDEO: Kevin Knox Accidentally Scores Putback Dunk in His Own Basket During Knicks Game
By Karl Rasmussen

Knicks second-year talent Kevin Knox had a less-than stellar moment on Friday night against the Sacramento Kings. Knox went up for a rebound after the Kings failed to convert on offense, but accidentally stuffed the ball into his own hoop. The play, while obviously unintentional, resulted in two points for the Kings and an embarrassing showing for the former Kentucky Wildcat.
Can someone tell Kevin Knox the object of the game is to score for your own team?

Marvin Bagley's attempt at the rim missed but Buddy Hield attempted to crash the offensive glass. With no one boxing him out, he was able to contend Knox for the rebound, who ended up tapping the ball into the basket.
That's definitely a moment Knox will be trying to forget, and quickly.
