Boy, did the Los Angeles Dodgers need this. After getting blown out Friday night, the Dodgers needed a pick-me-up offensively and third baseman Justin Turner provided that in the third inning, blasting a two-run homer off CC Sabathia to give the Dodgers an early 2-0 lead against the New York Yankees.

Okay, it wasn't a no doubter but it scrapped over the fence out of reach of New York Yankees outfielder Mike Tauchman.

This is nothing new for Turner in the second half, as he leads the mighty Dodgers with 13 home runs since the All-Star break.

The Yankee offense gets a lot of props and attention, deservedly so, but this Dodger lineup is deep and can go deep at any time, whether that be Turner, Cody Bellinger or Max Muncy.
