Remember when the Los Angeles Chargers took a lead with four minutes remaining in regulation? That was all a dream now thanks to the Oakland Raiders. With Derek Carr slicing and dicing the Chargers defense, the quarterback then gave the ball to his best player, rookie running back Josh Jacobs. The former Alabama Crimson Tide rusher burst through the gap at the line of scrimmage and took the rock 18 yards for the a score.

Josh Jacobs proved on that play why he's the clear favorite to win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. Making clutch plays like this will help his case for sure.

Moments later, the Raider defense held strong and sealed the win for the home team. Not a bad day at the office for Jon Gruden's boys.
