VIDEO: Joc Pederson Suffers Painful-Looking Injury After Robbing Charlie Blackmon Homer
By Michael Luciano

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Joc Pederson had been one of the hottest hitters in the league, hitting two home runs in this game, and three in his last four at-bats. One way to bring a hot streak to an abrupt end is to crash into a wall while trying to bring a home run back into the yard. While Pederson did rob Colorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon of a home run, he slammed harshly into the right field wall and was left writhing in pain.
This is one of the most painful home run robberies I’ve seen this year. Holy cow, Joc Pederson. pic.twitter.com/iNcMCbQAkJ

That certainly did not look good, as Pederson was in an extreme amount of pain as he rolled around in the outfield grass.
Pederson had just hit his 29th and 30th home runs of the year, which was the first time in his pro career that he had reached those benchmarks. If this injury is serious, the Dodgers could be out a starting outfielder.

Dave Roberts and the Dodgers need to be praying that Pederson tweaked something rather than broke something and can return to action before the playoffs start.
