Who would have thought that Jared Cook was going to make the biggest impact in the first quarter of their game against the San Francisco 49ers? Cook snagged his second touchdown of the quarter, this one more impressive than the first, giving the Saints a 13-7 lead over San Francisco.

Cook has really stepped his game up of late for the Saints. If him and Brees keep growing their chemistry, the rest of the NFL better watch out.
