VIDEO: Jamie Collins Spotted Doing Ridiculous Flip in Background of Patriots Practice
By Michael Luciano

Now we know why the New England Patriots have had such a ferocious defense this season -- they're recruiting X-Men. Linebacker Jamie Collins, who has been an athletic marvel going back to his days at Southern Miss, managed to pull off an insane backflip off of a blocking sled at Patriots practice on Wednesday, chilling in the background of an otherwise serene scene. Keep in mind when watching this video the fact that Collins is listed at 6-3 and 255 pounds.

Collins was re-acquired by New England after spending the last few years with the Cleveland Browns. In what has been a resurgent comeback season for Collins (of course it has), he has 48 tackles in nine games to go along with six sacks, two forced fumbles, and three interceptions, one of which was run back for a touchdown.
After what he's been doing this season, a backflip should be the least surprising thing Collins has done all year.

Rescued from the worst franchise in the league, Collins is back to being an All-Pro level linebacker in New England, all the while pulling off superhuman feats of agility. Who could have ever guessed?
