VIDEO: It's Been 3 Years Since Max Kellerman Gave Tom Brady Unlimited Fuel With Truly Terrible Take
By Michael Luciano

Why did you have to tempt fate like this, Max Kellerman? Just as Max was starting to emerge as the favorite to replace Skip Bayless on First Take, Kellerman uncorked the credibility-sapping hot take that he is still being railed for to this day, as he claimed that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, at that point 38 years old, was going to "fall off a cliff."

Two Super Bowls and an MVP later, he most certainly has not. If anything, he's improved.
While Kellerman often has to play the anti-Brady stooge for the sake of manufactured debate on that show, literally nothing about Brady's play indicated he was on the decline. Yes, it happened with Peyton Manning, but Peyton had a dozen serious injuries. He even won a Super Bowl that year.
Max just needs to wise up and take the L, rather than parroting this point every time there is a slow news day in the offseason.

With just a few simple words, Kellerman's diss became a rally cry for Patriots nation and a face-palm moment for everyone eager to see this dynasty end.
