It's an obvious statement to say the Philadelphia Phillies vastly underachieved in 2019, especially with all the money they spent during the offseason...well over $400 million, to give you an idea. So, to shed light on how poorly this whole experiment went, from D-Rob to Cutch to a world of cracks in the armor, take a look at this hilarious parody video from YouTube's Urinating Tree.

While there were plenty of comedic aspects to the presentation here, the synopsis of Philadelphia's entire season was spot on.

The Phillies spent a ton of money on a bizarrely stacked free agent class, headlined by Bryce Harper who had a good year but wasn't special. They couldn't stay healthy, the pitching staff was ignored, and manager Gabe Kapler made countless questionable decisions.

Oh, and we can't forget about their struggles against the Miami Marlins (they've gone 7-9 against them), who are the worst team in the National League.

There are plenty of reasons why Philly fans should be disappointed about what could somehow be their seventh consecutive season under .500, and this video just about sums up why.
