Not the best way for Juventus to start off the Maurizio Sarri era. The former Chelsea manager's reign in Turin has begun with a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Harry Kane and Tottenham in the International Champions Cup. The English captain brought the house down in Singapore by chipping Wojciech Szczesny from midfield to give Spurs the 3-2 win.

After surprising the world by making to the Champions League final, Tottenham will look to build on that spurt of success with a solid campaign both foreign and domestically. If Kane is already scoring Puskas Award quality goals in the preseason, Spurs fans should be ecstatic about what him, Lucas Moura, and Christian Eriksen will do this time around.

While Mauricio Pochettino and the rest of North London should be thrilled with the result, this was a sobering reminder for Sarri and Juventus that they need to tighten up their defending, especially against the best attackers in the world.
