VIDEO: Giannis Antetokounmpo Clearly Traveled in Game 1 and Nobody's Talking About it

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo managed to notch 24 points, 14 boards, and six assists in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, but he wasn't perfect. The Greek Freak committed five turnovers, and by the looks of this video, that total probably should have been higher.

He picked up his dribble from near half court and the ref is standing right there...

How do you miss that call?

It is clear that Antetokounmpo's superstar status has granted him some leeway with the NBA officials. There is no way any other player could have gotten away with a travel that blatant. He took at least three steps, if not more.

And that wasn't the only one:

Giannis clearly refuses to let the simple rules of play prevent him from adding to his highlight reel.

They don't call him the Greek Freak for nothing. His long strides allow him to cover more ground after picking up his dribble than anyone in the league, and taking that extra step without a whistle being blown makes it that much harder for the Toronto defense to contain him.

In a series of this magnitude, the officials need to be held more accountable to ensure a level playing field.
