Rick Porcello is going to be rethinking his decisions late into the night. He might lose sleep over it. Because this 2-2 pitch he delivered to Gary Sanchez in the fifth inning of tonight's Yankees-Red Sox clash in the Bronx is something he surely wants back.

El Gary is as El Gary does. And that one was whalloped.
It's Sanchez's 18th home run of the year, and broke a deadlock to give the hometown Bronx Bombers a 5-3 advantage over their bitter rivals. It only takes one swing with this guy. He's strong.
