VIDEO: Ezekiel Elliott Announces $150,000 Salvation Army Donation From 'Zeke Who?' T-Shirt Profits

As the Dallas Cowboys continue their march towards the NFC East crown, don't think Ezekiel Elliott's philanthropy got lost in the pursuit. The rock-toter has a huge home stretch on the horizon, but took some time out of prepping for a Thanksgiving battle with the Bills to talk a little bit about what really matters. After Jerry Jones mocked his holdout with a "Zeke who?" press conference, the two turned that phrase into a rallying cry for donations, selling merchandise featuring the disparaging comment. And, officially, a nice chunk of that money is going to the Salvation Army.

"Thanksgiving is very important to the Cowboys, very important to the Salvation Army, very important to myself," Zeke stated. "Last year, I threw my quarterback in the kettle, and this year, I'm throwing a little bit more in the kettle."
This generous $150,000 donation comes in tandem with another $100,000 contributed when Elliott signed his new deal to return to Dallas.

Dallas is hoping for several more months of elite football from Elliott, but this donation will provide plenty more tangible benefits to the community.
