VIDEO: Eagles DT Fletcher Cox Appears to Punch Cowboys OL Zack Martin During Play on SNF

Uh oh. This is not a good look for the Philadelphia Eagles, a team already going through a rough patch. They lost to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football by 27 points in an all-around disastrous effort and it appears frustrations were boiling over during the game. This clip shows Eagles defender Fletcher Cox apparently punching Cowboys offensive lineman Zack Martin when he was on the ground.

That sure does look like a right uppercut. Yikes.

In Cox's defense, however, he did get taken out at the knees, so perhaps this was a reactionary move in fear of suffering an injury. We've seen players get badly hurt on plays like these.

Then again, given nothing has come of this, it's probably nothing to fret over for either side. Hopefully their next matchup will be a bit cleaner, however.
