VIDEO: Dominic Smith Rips Go-Ahead 3-Run Home Run for Mets

Dominic Smith has been terrific all season as a pinch hitter for the New York Mets and he continued his late-inning dominance today. His pinch hit 3-run bomb put the Mets ahead 5-3 against the Minnesota Twins.

After two disappointing seasons to start his career, Smith has figured things out in 2019. Going into Wednesday's game, he has hit .287 and his ninth home run today has tied his career high.

The Mets are attempting to assert themselves back in the NL Wild Card hunt and if they can hold on against the Twins it will be four straight wins.
