The Clemson Tigers are an ACC Championship game win away from securing their fifth straight trip to College Football Playoff. Most people would see that as reason to shower Dabo Swinney with praise, but ESPN commentator Paul Finebaum is not most people, and he took a shot at the head coach for being "the most annoying winner in all of sports."

Finebaum is essentially the unofficial spokesman for the SEC, so it's no surprise he thinks teams from other conferences have an easier path to the postseason. He is the definition of a hater when it comes to discussing any other conference.

Clemson fans will not be happy when they hear that a guy who has been known to give their team grief in the past is once again attacking their beloved head coach.

Swinney didn't take long to issue his response to Finebaum.

"You don't worry about criticism from people that you wouldn't seek advice from," said the two-time national championship winning coach.

The defender of all things SEC needs to take a step back and realize that the league has become extremely top-heavy, so his critiques of other such conferences could come back to bite him.

At least the beef between Finebaum and Swinney makes for some entertaining sound bites. Tigers fans will be ready to attack if they defeat a program that Finebaum deems a "legitimate team."
