VIDEO: Cubs Strike Back With 7th Inning Homers From Kyle Schwarber and Anthony Rizzo

Say what you will about Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon, but his teams never die easy. Despite trailing 8-3 to the Philadelphia Phillies in the seventh inning, Maddon's Cubbies climbed back into it with two blasts off the bats of Kyle Schwarber and Anthony Rizzo. Schwarber's seventh home run of the year cut the Phillies lead to 8-5.

Right after that, Rizzo launched his 13th bomb of the year to make it an 8-6 ballgame with one swing of the bat.

For a sidearming, ground ball pitcher in Pat Neshek, giving up two home runs in the seventh inning isn't exactly the best day at the office.

Rizzo has been on a tear lately; going against a Phils bullpen that has been in tatters since the season started is the equivalent of taking candy from a baby.

If the Phillies don't fix that back end soon enough, this is going to happen whenever they face the best hitters in the league.
