If there's one thing Chicago Cubs fans are known for, it's loyalty. They stuck with their team through a championship drought over a century in length. Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Jake Arrieta played a pivotal role in breaking said drought, so when he returned to Wrigley Field Monday night, the Cubs faithful treated him to a standing ovation.

In his five seasons with the Cubs, Arrieta was one of the best pitchers in all of baseball.
In 128 starts with Chicago, he finished with a 2.73 ERA and minuscule 1.034 WHIP, all while winning the NL Cy Young award in 2015.
