By Michael Luciano

Get used to this for the next decade or so. After going a perfect three-for-three in the 2019 Gold Cup group stage, the US Men's National Team got the quarterfinals started off with a bang, as Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic whipped a cross into the box that managed to find the head of Schalke midfielder Weston McKennie. The two 20-year-olds combined to put the USA up 1-0 over Curacao.

While Pulisic and McKennie deserve most of the credit for linking up on that sublime goal, that was the result of some nice build up play from Tim Ream and Paul Arriola. Those two veterans have performed exceptionally well in the tournament, and are showing their worth once again by getting the attack started.
And Tim Ream deserves some love for hitting that ball into Pulisic multiple times so far

With both players still not old enough to drink, the future of the United States men's team is in good hands with Gregg Berhalter at the helm and Pulisic and McKennie on the pitch.
