The Cardinals outfielder was one of the best to ever play the game. Throughout his career, Brock recorded 3,023 hits, batted .293, and drove in 900 runs. Lou is also a six-time All-Star and a two time World Series Champion.
Brock was also a speedster on the bases. In 1974, the Cardinals legend broke Maury Wills record of 104 steals in a single season. Brock totaled 118 stolen bases in that year.
Cardinals fans still have a lot of admiration for Brock and it is certainly well deserved.
