Brad Marchand is a beloved figure with the Boston Bruins fan base. Among opposing supporters, however, he's a despised pest. Marchand can score at will, but is remembered just as much for his antics towards his opponents on the ice. During Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final, both the Bruins and St. Louis Blues left the ice for second intermission tied at two goals apiece. Blues winger Patrick Maroon was unhappy as he left the ice, which caused Marchand to mock his opponent with a crying gesture.

The Stanley Cup Playoffs are arguably the most brutal postseason in all of professional sports. Not only does it take undying physical skills from players to gain an advantage, but also the mental edge to get into an opponent's head.

Marchand is an expert at that, and he wanted to ensure he poured salt in the wound before the third period.
