VIDEO: Brilliant Christian Pulisic Goal Against Liverpool Denied by Offside at UEFA Super Cup
By Sam Dunn

Awww, man. This would have been something else! USMNT star Christian Pulisic is looking rampant for Chelsea in Wednesday's UEFA Super Cup against Liverpool, and just moments after he assisted on Olivier Giroud's opening goal, he appeared to have bagged a proper beauty to open his account for the season. Unfortunately, his exquisite maneuver through the European champions' defense drew the wrath of the offside flag.

No, the goal didn't stand, but there sure is a lot for fans near and far to love about this lad. The 20-year-old Blues debutante may not have gotten the start over the weekend in his club's doomed outing against Manchester United, but with enough turns like these, it will become awfully difficult for Frank Lampard to leave him out of the starting XI.
