The Atlanta Braves are a talented baseball team, and have a lot to look forward to in their near future. The organization clearly does not forget about their past legends, though. On Tuesday morning, the entire Atlanta Braves team, along with staff and executives, honored Hank Aaron as he was getting a street named after him outside of their Spring Training complex in Florida.

What an honor for one of the greatest baseball players the MLB has ever seen. Aaron played for the Braves from 1954-1974, hitting 755 HR, placing second all-time in RBI (finishing first), and still holding the all-time total bases record.

Aaron, the guest of the day, got a standing ovation for all he has done for the organization.

By appreciating a piece of their past with one eye on the future, the Braves continue to prove they just get it.
