VIDEO: Auburn's Derrick Brown Lights up Ole Miss WR After Ball Was Snapped Mid-Substitution

In what was a scoreless first quarter for No. 11 Auburn against Ole Miss, the Tigers' defense surely did its job against their SEC foes. Well, during an attempted substitution, Ole Miss snapped the ball, forcing Derrick Brown back into the game despite the fact that the DL had just about reached the sideline. Well, that didn't dissuade Brown from making an impact on the play, as when the Rebels dumped it off to a wide receiver, Brown was right in position to light him up with a vicious tackle.

Not reaching the sideline was the best thing that could have happened to Brown on that play, as it set him up perfectly to lay out his opponent. The unsuspecting receiver must've been incredibly confused at the sight of a 6'2" 245-pound defender seemingly appearing out of thin air.

Maybe Brown can perform some more magic to inspire his offense to put some more points on the board against a lowly Ole Miss defense.
