Vic Fangio Had Emmanuel Sanders and Courtland Sutton Make up in Front of Team After They Fought
By Jerry Trotta

Training camp scraps are exceptionally prevalent with each passing football season, but what formulated between Broncos wideouts Emmanuel Sanders and Courtland Sutton on Monday was a little out of the ordinary.
Denver's top two projected pass catchers for the upcoming campaign had to be separated after a scuffle erupted on the sidelines. Offensive lineman Ron Leary was ultimately forced to take charge and pull Sutton away from Sanders.
The tussle was so significant that it even compelled new head coach Vic Fangio to make both players make amends in front of the entire squad moments after tensions boiled over.

Per Broncos beat writer Zac Stevens, what initiated the scrap was a series of repeated penalties, delaying the practice. Sanders and Sutton subsequently exchanged words and the brawl ultimately ensued.

If you were wondering why Fangio felt obligated to force the two wideouts to bury the hatchet, it's because both were reportedly throwing punches at one another.

Fangio is clearly demonstrating that he has a no-tolerance policy for inter-squad melees, despite how vitalized emotions can be seen as a premium motivator during training camp.
