UW football in Top 25 thanks to upset over Michigan State

What a weekend it turned out to be for the Pac-12 schools in the Pacific Northwest. First, Washington State improved to 3-0 after dominating Colorado State. Then at night, UW took on Michigan State in Seattle.
The No. 11 Spartans were ready to make a statement, but so were the Huskies. In the end, UW recorded an impressive win and they're now the No. 18 team in the country.
POLL ALERT: No. 18 Washington jumps into AP Top 25 and Penn State, Oregon move into top 15; Georgia solidifies top spot.

That's huge for the Huskies. After last year's nightmare, this is just what the team needed. All things are going great thus far for UW head coach Kalen DeBoer. This could be a big year for them.
