Urban Meyer to Co-Host New Podcast on Leadership

Urban Meyer stepped away from college football after the past season, but despite his physical absence from the game, his impact will still be felt by those players at Ohio State who learned a tremendous amount from the legendary coach. Meyer prided himself on winning, and with the leadership skills needed to push young men to their limits, he was able to reach the top of the college football world.

It appears those leadership skills have led Meyer to a new gig, as he will join Tim Knight as the co-host of the Focus 3 Podcast, which is all about leadership.

Everyone was wondering as to what Meyer would end up doing following his college football coaching career, but I don't believe many expected him to turn to podcasting.

Knight will pick the brain of the three-time National Champion, finding out how he was able to continually lead new groups of players to the pinnacle of success. After all, he's one of the most prosperous coaches in the sport's history, so he may have know a thing or two about what it takes to win and lead.

Meyer won 187 out of his 219 games as a head coach to go along with his 12-3 Bowl record. People may not like him, but there is no doubt that this man knows how to lead and execute the plan he has set forth, something all of us will now get to learn from his new podcast.
