Smith, at 31, is a full nine years Teixeira's junior. He won his last fight, which came almost a year ago against Alexander Gustafsson, and is just two bouts removed from a spirited but ultimately unsuccessful title shot against Jon Jones at UFC 235. His opponent, however, is on a three-fight win streak, including a Performance of the Night bonus in submitting Ion Cutelaba in April 2019.

Elsewhere on the card, don't miss Ovince St. Prieux's move up to heavyweight to face Ben Rothwell. With the card finishing up with the big boys, expect some bang-bang fireworks.
