Tyreek Hill Being Celebrated by the League Proves How Hypocritical the NFL is

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill and his game-changing speed are back in action, and he wasted no time making his presence known against the Houston Texans. Hill posted 80 yards receiving, and has managed to find the end zone twice in a comeback from injury.

The league has been tweeting out cuts of Hill busting through the Houston secondary all afternoon, because they apparently are terrible at sensing the temperature in the room, not even giving the vibes time to breathe, despite his transgressions.

It's one thing to allow Hill back into the league unabated. However, it's another to celebrate his every accomplishment and carry on as if nothing happened. Some could view this as a tacit seal of endorsement from the league (and its partners) of Hill's behavior.

At the very least, they haven't done much to punish Hill for what happened in the offseason.

If Hill weren't a star, he likely wouldn't be participating in the 2019 NFL season. Instead? He's the talk of the town, and the league's accounts.

The league was more than happy to get that nice PR boost by taking the accusations against Hill seriously, but they're probably even happier to promote him as one of the stars of the league. The hypocrisy of this league knows no bounds.
