Tyrann Mathieu was heartbroken over leaving KC

Tyrann Mathieu is starting to take visits in his free agency, but that doesn't mean he still doesn't have Kansas City on his mind. In a sit down with reporter Sam McDowell, the stud safety made it clear he's not happy.
Matter of fact, he said he was depressed once he fully realized that he wouldn't be returning to the Chiefs next season.

Tyrann Mathieu met me at a New Orleans cafe, where he says he would’ve signed Justin Reid's deal had the Chiefs offered it.

This is tough to see for KC fans. However, once the team signed Justin Reid to a three-year deal, the writing was on the wall for Mathieu. Now, he's looking for a new place he can call home.
