Tua Tagovailoa is ready for the Dolphins to give him an extension

After getting things done with Jaylen Waddle recently, the Miami Dolphins now have to focus on getting an extension over the line with star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. He and the Dolphins have been in talks, but nothing has gotten finalized just yet.
At minicamp in South Florida, Tagovailoa was asked about how things were going and what he's looking to get from Chris Grier. Tagovailoa didn't hesitate with his response, saying he's looking for what he deserves in the current market:

With Jared Goff making $53 million per season, this is something Tagovailoa is looking for too. After leading the NFL in passing yards last season, he sure has that to his advantage in the contract discussions. Soon enough, it will be time for the Dolphins to pay Tua. Could it get done in the coming days? We'll find out soon.
