Tua Tagovailoa Drops Surprising Quote About Alabama's Blowout CFP Loss to Clemson
By Brendan Azoff
Tua Tagovailoa is an absolute gamer. Ever since coming into the championship game against Georgia and shutting the door in overtime against the Bulldogs two season ago, he has been one of the best quarterbacks in college football.
The QB will now enter his third season with Alabama, and his most recent quote shows that this one might just be his best.
By saying that he is glad he got the opportunity to lose and learn from the loss, it insinuates he is only going to come back this year knowing what he has to do to improve his game and take his team to the next level. Although surprising, this quote shows a level of maturity most college athletes don't have, and it follows the guidelines of the expression, "You learn more from failure than you do from success."
This young man is ready to go, and after putting up 3,966 yards, 43 touchdowns and only six interceptions last season, Tua is ready to take Alabama even further and make those numbers swell even more.
