Things have been rough for the London side in the past couple months. Life under Jose Mourinho started as a dream, with the club seemingly invigorated by the sudden change after Mauricio Pochettino's dismissal. However, the injuries to Son Heung-Min and Harry Kane have left a huge void in the attack, and Mourinho has not found the answer to make the team a threat again. Since the Portuguese manager does not have the logical option of playing five centerbacks tomorrow, like he did against Burnley on Saturday, it will be interesting to see how he lines up tactically against a dangerous RB Leipzig side.

RB Leipzig, on the other hand, have shown that last year's strong campaign was not a fluke. Rather, they have shown how strong their squad is, as they are currently third in the Bundesliga, five points behind leaders Bayern Munich. As they look to advance to the quarterfinal stage of the Champions League for the first time in club history, they will once again look to their star striker Timo Werner to make the difference. Werner, who is currently a transfer target of Liverpool and Manchester United, among others, has 27 goals in all competitions this season, and Tottenham will struggle to contain him for the full 90 minutes. With the added bonus of an away goal giving RB Leipzig extra comfort, the German side look poised to dispatch of Tottenham.
