Tom Brady's fate remains unknown, as New England Patriots fans are hoping the legend decides to return to the organization for another Super Bowl run.

ESPN's Jeff Darlington is adamant that Brady is likely leaving, though. This is not the first time Darlington has come out and said he firmly believes TB12 will be playing for another team come next September.

Darlington was on Adam Schefter's podcast and explained his sources expect Brady to leave New England. He also pointed out how a lot of people are just assuming Brady will return without any evidence.

"Because quite honestly, if we really opened our minds to it and recognize beyond just the conversations that I have had behind the scenes, but if we just opened our eyes to what is right in front of our faces, I think it is far more reasonable than not to expect Tom Brady to leave the Patriots," Darlington said on the podcast. "That is not including the inside knowledge I have on this.”

Patriots fans will likely disregard what Darlington has to say. But, the reporter has his sources and also acknowledged how we all may just be ignoring the obvious signs right in front of our faces that Brady is not coming back to NE.

We'll find out soon enough what Brady decides. Should he leave the Pats, seeing him in a different team's uniform next fall will be nothing short of strange to see.
