VIDEO: NFL Network Uses Enhanced Audio to Give Fans Clarity on Tom Brady-Julian Edelman Interaction at UNC-Syracuse
By Mark Powell

While the NFL can't seem to confirm or deny Myles Garrett's claim that Mason Rudolph used a racial epithet towards him before the Browns DE tried to bash the Oklahoma State product's head in with his own helmet, we can use enhanced audio to fully hear a conversation between two New England Patriots legends during a random ACC basketball game. Color me shocked that none of this makes sense.
What Tom Brady really said Saturday Night...

Edelman: “He’s coming back, he’s coming back.”
Random guy to Brady: "What did you tell Boeheim?"
Brady: "He's got it."
... So not "this guy" or "he's not."

While Julian Edelman's role in all of this is clear, Tom Brady's was far from it. The narrative pinned Edelman as the instigator, telling fans and a live broadcast that Brady was returning to New England. Brady's audio, however, was less obvious. Most assumed the GOAT disagreed with his longtime teammate, while some thought he was only trolling.
Apparently, Brady's intentions were...none of that. He merely wanted to give Cuse head coach Jim Boeheim a pep talk. What has Jimmy Fallon gotten us into?

We must have different standards for funny.
Leave it to the NFL to take over a rather meaningless (in terms of March Madness potential) Syracuse-UNC basketball game three weeks after the Super Bowl. These guys can't get enough attention.
