Alarm bells went off in every household in the state of Massachusetts when New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady put his house in the area for sale. Was this the end of TB12 in New England? Was he planning a move elsewhere?

According to the man himself, the selling of his house is not related to his football career at all. In fact, it's just a byproduct of his hectic business and personal life.

Brady did just sign a massive contract extension with the Patriots, so it would be extremely odd timing to bail on the team.

With the Brady clan likely angling to live somewhere closer to either New York or LA for the sake of his post-football business ventures, the exit rumors were quick to infest social media. Maybe, just maybe, we're all overthinking this.

It doesn't matter where he lives, he'll end up in at least the AFC Championship game and throw for 35 touchdowns. We're all resigned to this fate.
