This Smoking Gun Could Cost Vince McMahon Millions in Oliver Luck XFL Lawsuit
By Michael Luciano

The biggest matchup in the bankrupt XFL this weekend is founder Vince McMahon and president Oliver Luck butting heads. Luck claims that he was wrongfully terminated and is entitled to a $20 million payday, while McMahon thinks Luck disobeyed several of his commands and deserved to be fired.
Luck might have the edge in court, however, as he attached a personal guaranty to his contract with the XFL, which could force McMahon to pay the remainder of Luck's salary and bonuses.
Here is the guaranty that Vince McMahon signed, attached to Oliver Luck's contract to become commish of XFL.

McMahon "irrevocably and unconditionally" guaranteed the due & punctual payment & performance by XFL's parent company. 1 page that could be worth $23.8 million. pic.twitter.com/348ps3yyRD
While McMahon claims Luck's relocation from Connecticut to his home in Indiana and his refusal to remove Antonio Callaway from the payroll was just cause for him to fire Luck, the father of former Indianapolis Colts star Andrew Luck's guaranty in his contract could force McMahon to part with a large cash sum.
Who could have figured that a legal team who spelled Callaway's name incorrectly in Luck's termination letter would have some issues in court?
His lawyers also misspelled Antonio Callaway’s name in the termination letter ?♂️

McMahon knows how to market and build a brand, but sifting through the specific language of contracts might not be his forte, as Luck could set himself up for an eight-figure payday.
