This Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Halloween Costume is Pretty Spot On

The Los Angeles Lakers are going to live and die by their depth in the wake of the Anthony Davis trade, and shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, to be extremely generous, hasn't been pulling his weight, averaging just 6.0 points on 35% shooting.

Right now, he's basically the albatross of all albatrosses.

Lakers fans are already fed up with Caldwell-Pope's inability to look competent, and have lashed out at him via a pretty accurate Halloween costume.

It's hard to argue against this, as KCP's stats were buoyed by a competent 6-for-11, 13-point performance in a win over the Memphis Grizzlies. The former Detroit Pistons lottery pick didn't make a shot in the first two games of the season, committing eight fouls and scoring just one point in 48 minutes of action.

Caldwell-Pope is a much better player than those numbers would indicate, but there is no other way to describe his early season slump other than trash, plain and simple.

We've still got 78 more games to go, but the early returns on Caldwell-Pope as Frank Vogel's key guard off the bench have been less than promising, to be very kind.

Spooooooooky.
