Tevin Coleman Proved He Deserves Bulk of 49ers Carries During Playoffs in Win Over Vikings

In the divisional round of the NFL playoffs, the San Francisco 49ers handily defeated the Minnesota Vikings by a score of 27-10. Much of this can be credited to fifth-year running back Tevin Coleman, who played incredibly well, scoring two touchdowns on 22 carries.
Coleman stepped up in a big way for the Niners, muscling to his way to 105 yards and his first career multi-touchdown playoff game.

Coleman wasn't re-signed by the Atlanta Falcons after four years with the team, and signed a two-year deal with San Francisco in the offseason. Safe to say that was a smart pickup for the NFC Championship bound 49ers.

While Coleman's performance on the field was incredible, he may want to work on his public speaking, as he stated the phrase "you know what I'm saying" four times in a 12 second span postgame. Yet, who are we to judge given how excited he must've been in that exact moment?

Congratulations to the San Francisco 49ers on their win Saturday, but when studying film and reading scouting reports for the next playoff game, maybe they ought to appreciate what they have in Coleman.
